Into the Sun

Beautiful day with great breezes and surrounded by outrageous landscape. Really felt like a summer day with bountiful sun. Pushing the composition with greater diagonals criss-crossing the surface. One of those scalloped patches of clouds went by which I am very keen in trying to paint. Just focused on that for about an hour, but was very fleeting so I am where I am in the sky and realize more of something has to happen up there. Tomorrow rain, Weds. the dentist in the middle of the day so looks like I have to wait until Thursday to get back at this. Thanks Nan for suggesting the location!
